英特尔 11 代酷睿实现 “跨代式”提升:低电压下可达更高频率

8 月 14 日消息 英特尔现已正式公布了 Tiger Lake SoC,采用了 Willow Cove 架构,官方称将提供超越代间 CPU 性能的提高。根据英特尔的官方文件, Willow Cove 架构下,处理器可在更低的电压下达到更高的频率。

如上图所示,相比上一代的 Sunny Cove 架构,全新的 Willow Cove 所需的最低电压更低。相同电压下,当 Sunny Cove 达到约 1.75GHz 时,Willow Cove 可达约 2.6GHz。

不仅如此,Willow Cove 所能达到的最高频率也更高,上一代的 Sunny Cove 未突破 4GHz,全新的 Willow Cove 已经突破 4.5GHz,甚至达到 5GHz。

10nm SuperFin技术将运用于代号为“Tiger Lake”的英特尔下一代移动处理器中。Tiger Lake正在生产中,OEM的产品将在假日季上市。
